About the program
The TRON Builders League is a long-term funding and incubation program for projects on TRON and BitTorrent Chain (BTTC). It replaced prize-based hackathons with staged funding, and gives priority to teams with a track record, including past HackaTRON participants and community projects.
You request permission to post in the TBL section of the TRON DAO forum, then publish your project using the required template. There are no deadlines. The TBL team reviews submissions privately, contacts teams it wants to move forward, and releases funds in stages as you hit milestones and post progress updates.
TBL does not announce winners. Staff have said it is a partnership model rather than a contest, and that rejected teams can reapply after acting on feedback. Funded projects must keep their forum thread updated to stay eligible.

How applying works
Request forum access
Ask to join the TBL group on the TRON DAO forum so you can post in the TBL section.
Post your project
Publish your project in the TBL category using the required template, including track, team and goals.
Private review
The TBL team assesses your roadmap, team and value and contacts teams selected for the next stage.
Staged funding
Funds are released as you meet milestones, and you must post progress updates and milestone reports on the forum.
